Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Rapsap Essential Retail Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and hygienic deliveries across all our serviceable locations. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms under which we process and deliver your orders.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently serve specific pin codes and zones where Rapsap stores are operational. You can check service availability for your area by entering your delivery address on the Rapsap app or website.

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Express Delivery

We aim to deliver all eligible orders within 10 to 60 minutes, depending on your location, item availability, and order volume.

2.2 Standard Delivery

In case of bulk or special orders (e.g. large packs, wholesale SKUs), delivery may take up to 1–2 hours, and you will be notified at the time of order confirmation.

2.3 Delays

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Unforeseen traffic or weather conditions
  • High demand or festival rush
  • Technical errors or payment confirmation delays

In such cases, our customer support team will proactively update you.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery for all orders above the minimum cart value (visible at checkout).
  • Orders below the minimum value may attract a nominal delivery fee, mentioned during checkout.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless an order qualifies for a full refund.

4. Order Tracking

You can track your order status in real-time through the Rapsap app, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Packing status
  • Delivery rider assignment
  • Live location of delivery

Push notifications and SMS alerts are also sent to keep you updated.

5. Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery attempt due to unavailability:

  • Our delivery executive will attempt to call you
  • After 2 failed attempts, the order will be marked undeliverable and may be cancelled
  • Prepaid orders will be refunded as per our Refund Policy

6. Packaging and Handling

All orders are packed at Rapsap stores using hygienic, tamper-proof, and category-appropriate packaging (e.g., cold chain for frozen goods, sealed pouches for dry groceries, etc.)

We follow stringent handling standards to ensure freshness and safety until it reaches your doorstep.

7. Delivery Issues or Complaints

If your order is:

  • Incomplete
  • Incorrect
  • Damaged
  • Or marked Delivered but not received

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos. We will investigate and resolve it promptly.
